Hi guys, I'm Kate!

For the past 8 years, I've been the proud owner of Le Sugar Salon--a space built on the sweetest vibes, great hair, and the most genuine connections! I have 18+ years of experience behind the chair making hair dreams come true--wether is a complete makeover, flawless color, fresh cuts, or a new set of extensions. I'm a 2x certified EasiHair Pro extension specialist and a Redken Color certified artist, with advanced training in both NYC and Las Vegas (because why not learn in style?). I've also trained with Goldwell in Santa Monica to round out my color game.

When I'm not in the salon, I'm usually in my veggie garden, spoiling my nieces, chasing around my cutie pups Saturn & Jax, or hanging with the hubs Chris (he's around the salon a lot--I'm sure you guys have seen him!).

Hello, I'm Kristie, a salon manager with over 18 years of experience behind the chair. I'm a Redken Master Colorist and former Redken Color Educator, and I've had the opportunity to teach and learn alongside some of the best in the industry. I'm also EasiHair Pro certified and have taught aspiring cosmetologists at the Salon Professional Academy in San Antonio, TX. Continuing education is a big part of my passion--I've taken classes in both New York City and Las Vegas to stay on top of trends and techniques.

I've had the privilege of helping build an incredible team of stylists who are not only talented and creative but truly care about making every guest feel confident and cared for. Outside of the salon, I'm a proud mom of three wild and wonderful girls who definitely keep me on my toes. My husband and I love trying new restaurants whenever we get the chance--it's our favorite way to enjoy a fun night out!

Hi, I'm Ashlyn! 

I am an extension-loving hairstylist who's all about making you feel amazing in your own hair. I'm certified with Laced and EasiHair Pro, and I've travelled all over Texas soaking up knowledge from some of the best in the biz--like Daniel Mora Ayala, Briana Cisneros, and more! I love to stay up to date with my skills so I am constantly seeking out education.

When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me hanging with my horse River, my sweet pup Koda, or my amazing husband Michael. I'm totally in love with Italy, and yes--you will almost always see me with an iced latte from Chick-fil-A in hand...it's basically my personality at this point!

I love to chat, laugh, and connect, and my goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and totally pampered every time you sit in my chair. Let's make some magic with your hair!

Hey, I'm Amber! I've been in the beauty industry for 3 years, & I absolutely love what I do. I've taken a ton of advanced color & cutting classes through Oribe and Davines, and I'm always learning new techniques to keep my skills fresh. I love helping people feel confident and beautiful whether it's with a new color or a fresh cut. I love all things blonding and lived in color!

When I'm not at the salon, I'm usually out shopping or grabbing food with friends. Coffee & Dr. Pepper are my go to drinks (can't resist the caffeine!), and my fave color is pink! Fun fact: I've got lots of little siblings, so I'm used to lots of energy and chaos in the best way possible. Can't wait to meet you guys and work together to create a look you love!

Hey there! I'm Haley, a hairstylist with a love for great hair & good vibes. I've been licensed since 2019 and have trained at the Goldwell Academy in New York, learned avant-garde styling from Sharon Blain, and taken advanced color courses with Derrick Zeno. I specialize in Goldwell color, Keratin Complex treatments, & Brazilian Blowouts--so if you're looking for smooth, healthy, gorgeous hair, I've got you!

One of my biggest career milestones was earning six figures in my first year--pretty rare for a newbie! But more than anything, I love making my clients feel amazing. I focus on creating hair that looks incredible and fits your lifestyle. When I'm not behind the chair, you'll probably find me soaking up the sun, lost in a fantasy book, or caring for my ever growing collection of houseplants. Fun fact: I only drink cold beverages--hot drinks just aren't my thing! My go-to? A cold brew with almond creamer.

I'm Zayda and I'm an up-&-coming hairstylist who is committed to perfecting my craft and extending my education. I am EasiHair Pro extension certified so I absolutely LOVE all things extensions, especially when it comes to beaded rows! I have taken color & cutting education with Goldwell in Houston and plan to attend many more.

In my free time, I enjoy shopping, particularly for shoes, running long distances, and sharing experiences with my husband and two children. Can't forget about my two pugs, Snape & Lily! A good caramel latte is something I enjoy, and pizza is a staple. My go to spot is Frank's and Brooklyn's Pizzeria has been calling my name!

Hi I'm Macie! I've been in the hair industry for about a year now and absolutely loving every minute of it. I've had the opportunity to take several L'Oreal Professional advanced education. I have also trained with Oribe and plan to expand my knowledge even further! I have been assisting alongside some amazing stylists while continuing to grow and perfect my skills. I'm so excited to start welcoming clients into my chair very soon.

When I'm not in the salon, you can probably find me soaking up the sun at the beach, hanging out with my family, or hunting for treasures at my favorite thrift stores. Fun fact--I have a twin sister! Oh, and I'm never too far from a sugar-free Red Bull!

Whether you're getting ready for a special event or just want to feel your best, I love helping clients feel confident and radian with a natural looking tan. I'm all about creating a comfortable, judgement-free experience where you leave feeling like your best bronzed self!

When it comes to hair, I am Bellami Extension Certified, EasiHair Pro Extension certified, with hands on salon experience assisting with color, styling, and extensions. I'm always eager to learn new techniques and support the stylists and clients in creating looks they love.
